Today I got a bill from Nordstrom for 97 cents. What
is that? I bought a skirt back in December, paid in full, and suddenly this month, after no January charges, I get a bill for less than $1 for February. So now, I have to write and send a check for 97 cents. Seriously. 97 cents.
